Harsh Vaidya

I build fulfillment, logistics, and seller-of-record systems for modern commerce.

I am founder of WareIQ, a fulfillment and technology platform that powers eCommerce brands across India, and EuroSOR, a seller-of-record platform that lets brands enter new markets without setting up local entities, similar to how employer-of-record companies simplify global hiring. My work sits at the intersection of operations, software, and systems thinking, with a focus on building reliable infrastructure in messy real world environments.

Professional snapshot

  • Founder and CEO of WareIQ, a Y Combinator backed fulfillment and logistics platform
  • Leading a network of fulfillment centers and shipping solutions used by 400+ consumer brands
  • Building EuroSOR, a Seller of Record platform that helps brands enter new markets without creating local entities, with a long-term vision to develop a multi-region SoR network similar to how EOR companies like Deel simplified global hiring
  • Driving WareIQ Labs and Inventory Logiq, which develop software for inventory planning, returns and claims automation, and control tower analytics
  • Interested in the design of systems that scale under operational stress

WareIQ

A fulfillment and logistics technology platform, WareIQ helps consumer brands manage storage, order processing, and shipping. Backed by Y Combinator and other investors, it runs a distributed network of fulfillment centers and last mile partners.

EuroSOR

EuroSOR is a Seller of Record platform that allows brands to enter markets without setting up local legal entities. It manages compliance, taxation, importing, warehousing, shipping, and payouts, enabling frictionless cross-border commerce. The long-term objective is to build a multi-region SoR network, similar to how employer-of-record companies like Deel simplified global hiring.

The Musk Insight on Market Creation That Finally Made Sense to Me

A personal reflection, not a playbook

A reflection on an Elon Musk tweet about AI compute in space, and how it changed the way I think about "market creation" — from creating something out of nothing to removing constraints that everyone else has accepted as fixed.
